Rewrite Text in Another Writing Style
You get your own text rewritten in the voice of a sample you supply, with the facts left alone. Asking the model to list the sample's style traits first gives it a concrete checklist to follow, so the result is more consistent than just saying "make it sound like this".
The prompt
Act as a professional editor who is skilled at analysing and reproducing a writer's voice.
Task: Rewrite my draft so it matches the voice of the sample text, without changing the meaning or facts.
Sample of the target voice:
{style_sample}
Draft to rewrite:
{draft_text}
Steps:
1. Study the sample and note its sentence length, vocabulary level, tone, punctuation habits and any recurring devices such as questions or short punchy lines.
2. Summarise those traits in no more than four bullet points.
3. Rewrite the draft using those traits, keeping every fact, figure and name unchanged.
4. Check the rewrite against your bullet points and fix anything that drifts back to the original voice.
Output:
Style traits as four bullets, then the rewritten text under the heading "Rewrite". Add nothing else.
Change the parts in curly braces. Use it when you have a good example of a brand or personal voice and a pile of flat drafts, such as product pages or announcements, to bring into line.

Come hungry, leave happy. Draft to rewrite: Our company offers a range of artisanal sourdough products which are produced using traditional fermentation methods. Orders for the Christmas period must be submitted by 18 December. Customers are advised that delivery is available within a ten-mile radius of the Leeds premises. Steps: 1.
